Sit back and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of our lounge where refreshments and lighter dining are available with a 24 hour license for residents. Free high speed Wi Fi internet connection is available along with a selection of the day’s papers. Our lounge menu features a range of dishes along with changing daily specials and the bar offers an excellent range of whiskies, draught and bottled beers and wines from many different regions. The lounge is open for non-residents also.

Restaurant

Sherbrooke Castle Hotel offers a truly special dining experience. Our Morrison’s restaurant, open for lunch and dinner, is named after John Morrison, who built The Sherbrooke in 1896. The Restaurant offers local, fresh, Scottish produce prepared to the highest standards, by our award winning chef and is complimented by an interesting wine list. The restaurant is open for non-residents also. We also offer a weekly roast on Sunday lunchtimes.
